- Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards regarding dietary supplements, returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the safety seal completely intact.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened or partially used products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will gladly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, covering all shipping costs associated with the error.

- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
